Cricket, Banana & Coffee Smoothie

(adapted from The Health Mix by Nikalene Riddle)

200 g almond milk or milk of your choice
1 tsp cricket powder (adjust to taste and nutritional requirements)
10 g maple syrup
1 ripe banana
1 shot coffee
1 tsp chia seeds
4 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend for 2 mins or until smooth.
